MARC NOONAN SENTENCED TO LIFE IN PRISON FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN LIVERPOOL

Marc Noonan, a 27-year-old resident of Liverpool, has been sentenced to life imprisonment after being found guilty of committing multiple sexual offences against underage girls. The court convicted him of an alarming total of eleven sexual offences, demonstrating a clear pattern of predatory behavior that involved grooming and abuse.

Authorities revealed that Noonan was arrested following an investigation into his online interactions with young girls. He confessed to using social media platforms to locate and groom his victims, which eventually led to acts of rape and sexual assault.

Detectives from the Child Criminal and Sexual Exploitation Team (CCSET) expressed their satisfaction with the sentencing. During the hearing at Liverpool Crown Court on September 16, 2025, details of his manipulative tactics and exploitative methods were laid out. The court emphasized the severity of his crimes, noting that Noonan will be required to serve a minimum of 18 years in prison before he can be considered for parole, reflecting the gravity of his offences involving children as young as 13.
