Mackenzie Anthony pleaded guilty to charges of deliberate suffocation and coercive or controlling behavior linked to his abusive actions, which included an incident where he pushed the victim’s head underwater while she was running a bath.He also admitted to causing unnecessary harm to a protected animal during separate incidents, specifically by kicking and strangling a dog.
Anthony, aged 21 and residing at The Homestead in Bentley, further confessed to multiple drug offenses, including 10 counts of supplying Class A drugs, two counts of possessing drugs with intent to supply Class A, and one count of possessing with intent to supply a Class B substance in Doncaster.
His cumulative sentence amounted to seven years and one month in prison.
