LUKE BAIRD FROM LUDGERSHALL SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT IN ANDOVER

In a recent court proceeding held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court, Luke Baird, a resident of Ludgershall, was found guilty of a serious sexual misconduct incident that took place in Andover. The incident occurred on April 23 of the previous year, when Baird, then 27 years old, engaged in inappropriate sexual touching of a woman without her consent.

Following the hearing, magistrates issued a comprehensive sentence aimed at both punishment and rehabilitation. Baird was ordered to adhere to a community order that includes a mandatory rehabilitation requirement spanning 40 days.
