LOUISE JUSRCZENKO BANNED FROM TACKLING CHILD EXPLOITATION IN TELFORD WITH 5-YEAR RESTRICTION ORDER

A woman from Telford has been issued a comprehensive five-year Slavery and Trafficking Restriction Order due to her involvement in child exploitation activities within the town. Louise Jusrczenko, a resident of Shetland Close in Telford, appeared before Telford Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 2nd, where the court granted this significant order aimed at preventing her from engaging in any further activities related to child abuse and trafficking.

Under the terms of the order, Jusrczenko is explicitly prohibited from several actions that could facilitate or enable child exploitation. She is barred from arranging or facilitating travel—whether directly or indirectly—for anyone under the age of 18. This includes any form of transportation planning or assistance that could be used to move minors for exploitative purposes. Additionally, she is forbidden from arranging for minors to attend any location in exchange for money, alcohol, gifts, prescription drugs, or illegal substances, which could be part of a broader scheme of exploitation or trafficking.

Furthermore, the order restricts her from having any unsupervised contact or communication with individuals under 18. This measure aims to prevent any potential grooming or exploitation activities that could occur through direct or indirect contact. Jusrczenko is also prohibited from owning or possessing any mobile phone device, SIM card, or any device capable of holding a SIM, which could be used to communicate or access the internet for illicit purposes.

In addition, she is barred from using any device capable of messaging or internet access, and from owning or controlling the use of a motor vehicle. These restrictions are designed to limit her ability to coordinate or facilitate any form of child exploitation activities. If Jusrczenko breaches any of these conditions, she faces the possibility of imprisonment for up to five years, highlighting the severity of the restrictions imposed.

Detective Sergeant Louise Hickman, who is part of Telford’s Child Exploitation Team, commented on the significance of the order. She stated, “The Slavery and Trafficking Restriction Order is a great tool that will help us tackle child exploitation, both criminal and sexual, and we’re pleased that this order against Jusrczenko was granted by the Magistrate.”

She further emphasized the strictness of the conditions, noting, “The conditions of the order are incredibly stringent, prohibiting Jusrczenko from any activity associated with child exploitation. Any breach of these conditions is a criminal offence and could see her sentenced to up to five years in prison.”
