In a case that has sent shockwaves through the communities of Co Galway and Killimor, Liam Brien, a 44-year-old accountant residing at Valley Park, Killimor, has seen his prison sentence significantly reduced following an appeal against his conviction for a series of heinous sexual offenses involving young girls.
