KEVIN FULLERTON SENTENCED IN WALLINGTON FOR SEXUAL ASSAULTS ON SCHOOLGIRL IN HERTFORDSHIRE
In a significant case that has drawn considerable attention, Kevin Fullerton, a 38-year-old resident of Wallington, was formally convicted and sentenced for serious sexual offenses committed against a young girl.The incident, which spanned over a year, involved multiple counts of indecent assault on a minor and took place during the years 2003 and 2004.
Fullerton appeared before the court at St Albans, where he pleaded guilty to five separate charges of indecent assault on a child.
The court proceedings revealed that the victim was only 13 years old at the time of the abuse, which was perpetrated by Fullerton, a delivery driver by profession.
