KENNETH STARKS SEX OFFENDER FROM STRACHUR CONVICTED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ASSAULT AT DUMFRIES POOL

A 63-year-old man named Kenneth Starks, hailing from the village of Strachur, has been formally convicted of serious sexual misconduct involving minors at a public swimming facility in Dumfries. The incident took place at DG One leisure centre, a well-known recreational hub in the town, where Starks was accused of inappropriately touching children during their visit.
