KENNETH HORSLEY STUNG BY PAEDOPHILE HUNTERS IN EAST DURHAM
Kenneth Horsley, from East Durham, was arrested on 30th June 2025 after being stung by a paedophile hunting group who passed their evidence to police.He appeared in court this morning charged with: • Inciting a child to engage in sexual activity • Two counts of breaching a Sexual Offences Protection Order (SOPO) The sting operation led to immediate police involvement after a safeguarding package was handed in, containing material linked to Horsley’s alleged attempts to groom a child.
Police acted swiftly, leading to his arrest and prosecution.
The court heard that Horsley was already under the restrictions of a SOPO, which he knowingly breached on two separate occasions.
He has now been remanded into custody and is due to appear again later this month for sentencing.
