KENNETH DONNISON BLETCHLEY PAEDOPHILE CAUGHT IN STING OPERATION IN MILTON KEYNES

In a case that highlights the ongoing efforts to combat online grooming and child exploitation, Kenneth Donnison, a 41-year-old man from Bletchley, has been sentenced to prison after attempting to meet what he believed were underage girls for sexual activity in Milton Keynes.

His arrest and subsequent conviction stem from a carefully orchestrated sting operation carried out by members of the Justice for Innocent Children group. The organization, dedicated to protecting children from online predators, received intelligence indicating Donnison’s suspicious online behavior. Acting on this information, the group set up an undercover operation by engaging in chatroom conversations, where their members posed as young girls aged 11 and 14.

According to one of the group’s members, the operation was straightforward and conclusive. “It was a cut and dried case. He groomed the ‘girls’ and attempted to meet the 11-year-old at a hotel for sexual activity,” they explained. The member emphasized that Donnison was fully aware of the girls’ ages, as it had been made explicitly clear during the online exchanges.

In January, the paedophile hunter team took the evidence directly to Donnison’s residence in Bletchley. The confrontation took place on his doorstep during the night. Initially, Donnison claimed he was only trying to end the online chat, saying, “I was going to cut it off.” However, once presented with the evidence, including chat logs and video footage of his reaction, he was unable to deny his intentions.

The team recorded Donnison’s reaction on video and handed over all evidence to the police authorities in Milton Keynes. The police officers involved responded swiftly and professionally, thoroughly investigating the case. Their efforts culminated in Donnison’s arrest and subsequent charging.

At Aylesbury Crown Court, Donnison pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including two counts of attempting to meet a child following grooming and one count of inciting a girl under the age of 13. The court sentenced him on a Monday to 16 months in prison. Additionally, he was subjected to a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and is required to register as a sex offender for the same period.
