KEIRAN RAE CHARGED WITH SEXUAL AND PHYSICAL ASSAULTS AT KIRRIEMUIR'S OGILVY BAR

A 24-year-old man named Keiran Rae has been formally charged with multiple serious offenses following an incident at a well-known local pub in Kirriemuir.
