JUSTIN BRAZIER FROM BOLTON SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC CHILD AND ANIMAL PORNOGRAPHY CRIMES

On Tuesday, May 10, 2016, authorities from Greater Manchester Police carried out a detailed operation at the residence of Justin Brazier, a resident of Beechcroft Avenue in the Breightmet area of Bolton. During this operation, law enforcement officials seized his computer and a collection of DVDs, initiating a thorough forensic investigation into the contents of his digital and physical media.

Subsequent analysis uncovered a disturbing array of videos depicting extreme forms of pornography, including highly distressing material involving both children and animals. Among the most shocking findings were videos that showed Brazier engaging in sexual acts with his own dog, a revelation that added a deeply troubling dimension to the case.

Justin Brazier, born on May 3, 1971, faced multiple serious charges, including possession of indecent images, possession of extreme pornography, and the penetration of a live animal. His guilty plea to these charges marked a significant step in the legal process, leading to his eventual sentencing.

Detective Inspector Charlotte Cadden, representing GMP’s Bolton Borough, expressed her condemnation of Brazier’s actions. She stated, “Brazier committed vile acts of depravity and thankfully he is now behind bars. As soon as we became aware of his crimes, we removed the dog from his possession and will now be looking to re-home it.”

She further emphasized the importance of community cooperation in tackling such heinous crimes, saying, “The images that were found on his computer were extremely distressing, and I would like to pay tribute to the professionalism of the officers involved who worked on this case and needed to view the images as part of enquiries. The information which led to Brazier’s arrest and subsequent conviction came largely from community intelligence, and I hope the sentence passed will send a clear message that we are prepared to take positive action whenever we receive information like this.”

As a result of his conviction, Justin Brazier was sentenced to 24 months in prison, reflecting the severity of his crimes and the commitment of law enforcement to uphold justice and protect vulnerable victims from such depraved acts.
