MONSTER JAILED AFTER SEXUALLY ASSAULTING BOY UNDER 13
A man who sexually assaulted a young boy has been jailed.On Thursday (January 8) Jordan Gouldmartin, 31, of Ludlow Drive, Leigh, was jailed at Manchester Crown Square Court after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a boy under the age of 13.
He was sentenced to five years imprisonment.
He was also made subject to a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and given a lifetime restraining order against the young victim.
Gouldmartin will be required to serve two-thirds of his sentence before being eligible for parole.
On release, he will also be subject to a five-year licence period.
Greater Manchester Police also thanked the young victim for coming forward, which they said gave them the opportunity to fully investigate.
