VIOLENT EX-GIRLFRIEND ABUSER JAILED AND ORDERED TO WARN NEW PARTNERS
A violent and controlling thug named Jonathan Binks has been sentenced to a total of 40 weeks in custody for battering and psychologically torturing three of his ex-girlfriends.The court imposed a strict order requiring Binks to inform police within two weeks of starting any new relationship so that the authorities can warn potential partners of his violent and manipulative past.
Binks, aged 29, was convicted of a series of domestic abuse charges.
One victim, Chloe Buck, 22, detailed her ordeal, revealing that Binks once headbutted her outside a Co-op supermarket because she was walking too slowly while pushing a pram.
She also suffered for four years, during which he stalked her, ambushed her, and physically assaulted her—including punching her male friend and pouring paint over her.
Chloe described Binks as manipulative and manipulative, having 'gaslighted' her and convinced her she was the abuser and a psycho.
Despite a restraining order issued last October, Binks continued to harass her and was found to have assaulted and harassed two other women.
He was sentenced to an additional eight weeks for each of these offences.
The judge in Beverley also mandated that Binks must notify police about any new relationships within two weeks to help warn women of his violent conduct.
Binks was jailed for 16 weeks for breaching restraining orders and for assaulting others, with additional sentences for harassment.
The court's decision aims to protect women from further abuse by Binks, who has a documented history of emotional and physical violence.
