JOHN SANDEMAN
The High Court jury found him guilty of attacking the boy on multiple occasions from 2007 to 2017, during which the child’s age ranged from seven to 17.
He physically abused the boy at locations in Dundee and Newbigging, Angus, by squeezing and bending his fingers, and repeatedly kicking and punching him, resulting in injuries.
Sandeman also pinned the boy against a wall and hit him on the head with a snooker cue or a similar instrument, causing further harm.
The 46-year-old, who lives in Garry Place, Dundee, was convicted after a non-unanimous verdict at a High Court trial in the city, and his sentence was finalized in Stirling.
