ABUSIVE EX FOUND GUILTY OF BREACHING BAIL AND HARASSMENT IN DUNDEE
AN ABUSIVE ex accused of terrorising two former girlfriends has been found guilty of flouting a bail order to stay away from them.Cabrelli was banned from approaching Ashley McCann and Frances Carroll while awaiting trial.
But Frances told a court he turned up in a pub where she was drinking and walked towards her while staring at her.
"It was a traumatic night.
I didn’t feel safe when I got home – he was on bail again and doing this," she said.
Cabrelli later contacted Ashley’s boss at Dundee University and told him he was going to report him and Ashley for having sex in the flats they were paid to clean.
He also threatened to accuse her of taking drugs and stealing.
The original charge involving Frances was dropped after a controversial plea bargain, and Cabrelli pled guilty to a reduced charge of abusive and threatening behaviour against Ashley.
He was found guilty of breaching bail by going to city centre pubs.
He will be sentenced next month.
