During his latest court appearance, Batty arrived in court using a walker and was assisted by medical staff.
He was sentenced to an 18-month community order, which includes up to 35 days of restricted activity requirements (RAR), and was ordered to pay a fine of £150.
Additionally, he remains under a sexual harm prevention order that extends until 2034.
