JAMIE HOARE SENTENCED TO FOUR YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES IN WALNEY AND BARROW

Jamie Hoare, a 31-year-old resident of Ocean Road in Walney, has been sentenced to a term of four years in prison after admitting to committing two serious sexual offences. The incidents, which involved a female victim and a woman aged 16 or older, both by penetration, took place on January 5 in the town of Barrow.

Hoare’s guilty plea was entered during an earlier court hearing, demonstrating his acknowledgment of the charges against him. The sentencing was carried out at Preston Crown Court, where the judge handed down the prison term, reflecting the gravity of the crimes committed.
