JAMIE DOAK FROM AUCHTERARDER AND MENSTRIE FOUND GUILTY OF DOMESTIC ABUSE IN PERTH SHERIFF COURT

Jamie Doak, a man residing on Ruthven Street in Auchterarder, has been officially convicted of multiple serious charges related to domestic abuse spanning nearly thirteen years. The court proceedings revealed a disturbing pattern of violence directed at three women, namely Julie Mailer, Joanna Perrett, and Joanna Chac, with the incidents taking place at various locations across Perth and Kinross.

During the trial, the jury found Doak guilty of four separate charges involving assault and injury inflicted upon the women. The evidence presented detailed repeated physical assaults, including a particularly aggressive incident where Doak pushed Julie Mailer’s head against a car window and threw a television at her, causing her harm. These acts demonstrated a pattern of violent behavior that persisted over many years.

Further testimonies described how Doak assaulted Joanna Perrett, notably throwing her to the ground during an altercation.
