ALLOA MAN ON 'LAST CHANCE' AFTER BREACHING COURT ORDER
AN ALLOA man has been told he is on his “last chance” of avoiding jail after again breaching his “tag”.James McLeod, 22, of Ashley Terrace, appeared from custody at Alloa Sheriff Court where he admitted breaching his restriction of liberty order.
In April he was put on a five-month order at Falkirk Sheriff Court.
He had admitted that on August 22 last year at Camelon railway station, he sexually assaulted a woman by striking her on the buttocks with his hand.
On the latest breach, defence solicitor Michael Lowrie said McLeod had gone to Edinburgh with his sister for the day and “things went awry”.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland warned McLeod: “The time is going to come when the court runs out of patience.
You’ve wasted everybody’s time again.
This is your last chance.”
