JAMES FOXTON SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS FOR SEXUAL ABUSE IN ALLOA

In a case that has shocked the community of Alloa, James Foxton, aged 47, has been handed a significant prison sentence after being found guilty of multiple serious sexual offenses involving two teenage girls. The crimes span several years and highlight a disturbing pattern of predatory behavior that has now been brought to justice.

Foxton's first known victim was a 14-year-old girl, whom he targeted between December 2009 and June 2010. The details of this abuse have been thoroughly documented in court, revealing a troubling period during which Foxton exploited the innocence of a young teenager. The second victim, a girl who was just 16 years old at the time, became the focus of Foxton's predatory actions in February 2013. On November 15, Foxton was convicted of these crimes, and the sentencing took place at Stirling Sheriff Court yesterday. The court sentenced him to five years in prison, with a mandatory minimum of two years to be served behind bars. Additionally, Foxton was ordered to be placed on the Sex Offenders Register indefinitely, ensuring ongoing monitoring and restrictions to protect the community from further harm.
