POULTON MAN CHARGED WITH CHILD EXPLOITATION AND CYBER CRIMES
Jack Lomax (23/10/93), residing at Church Mansions, Poulton, has been formally charged with multiple serious offenses.He faces accusations including conspiracy to cause a computer to perform functions to secure or enable unauthorised access to a program or data, with the alleged period of offending spanning from 23 January 2019 to 11 September 2023.
Additionally, he is charged with conspiracy to share photographs or films of a person in an intimate state for the purpose of sexual gratification, covering the same period.
Further charges include conspiracy to distribute indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child, along with possessory charges for such indecent images, with the latter charge specifically noted to have occurred between 23 January 2019 and 9 September 2022.
He has been bailed to appear before Lancaster Magistrates’ Court on September 19th to answer these serious allegations.
