IGOR KUTSYY FROM ISLE OF DOGS SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES AT COBHAM SERVICES

Kutsyy had traveled from his residence on the Isle of Dogs with the apparent intent to meet and sexually abuse a seven-year-old child.
His plans were thwarted when officers from the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) intervened upon his arrival at the service station.
The officers swiftly detained him, preventing any potential harm to the child involved.
