HARRY CLOW ARRESTED IN HARLOW FOR MULTIPLE OFFENSES AFTER EARLY MORNING DISTURBANCE

In the early hours of Saturday morning, a serious incident unfolded on Southern Way in Harlow, Essex, drawing the immediate attention of local law enforcement. At approximately 4:25 am, Essex Police officers responded to reports of a disturbance at a residential address, where they encountered a man exhibiting aggressive behavior.
