CAERPHILLY MAN DENIES RAPE AND HAVING PROHIBITED CHILD IMAGE
Gabriel Turner, aged 24 and residing on Dilwyn Avenue in Ystrad Mynach, has denied accusations of raping a woman in Ebbw Vale during August 2022, as well as charges of possessing a banned child image in Ystrad Mynach from March 2021 to August 2022.He appeared before Cardiff Crown Court on July 10, where he entered a plea of not guilty to both charges.
The trial is set to commence on November 15 of the following year, and Turner has been granted bail.
The case is prosecuted by Georgina Buckley, with Laura Collier acting as the defendant’s legal representative.
The allegations involve sexual assault and the illegal possession of child abuse images.
