CANTERBURY MAN JAILED FOR LIFE OVER HOT SHOWER MURDERS
Foster Christian, aged 54, was found guilty of the murders of Simon Gorecki, aged 47, and Natasha Sadler-Ellis, aged 40, after a violent incident at their shared home on Dickens Avenue in Canterbury.
Christian argued that his actions were in self-defense, but the court did not accept this justification.
The verdict was delivered by Maidstone Crown Court, which sentenced him to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 30 years before he could be considered for parole.
In addition to the murders, Christian was convicted of injuring two other individuals, one of whom was Ms Sadler-Ellis’s 20-year-old son.
The tragic event took place in March, and the victims’ families showed relief when Christian was taken into custody by authorities.
