TOWYN MAN TO BE SENTENCED AFTER ADMITTING MAKING INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILD
A MAN from Towyn has admitted making indecent images of a child.Dylan Sandland, 23, of Llys Madoc, pleaded guilty to a charge of making an indecent photograph of a child at Caernarfon Crown Court yesterday morning (January 14).
The court heard he made the indecent category B images between October 2016 and June 2022.
Sandland was granted bail until his sentence hearing, which will take place on Tuesday, February 24.
A pre-sentence report will be compiled on his behalf by the probation service.
Simon Killeen, his barrister, said Sandland is “of good character,” and that “a number of testimonials” will be submitted to the court on his behalf.
Judge Nicola Jones, presiding over today’s hearing, told Sandland “all options” will be considered regarding his sentence.
Sandland was made subject to sex offenders register notification requirements following his guilty plea.
