HOUSTON PENSIONER JAILED FOR SENDING SEXUAL MESSAGES
A creepy Renfrewshire pensioner has been jailed after admitting sending sexual messages to who he thought was a teenage girl.David Jagger was today caged after he was caught sending sexual and indecent messages to a 14-year-old girl called ‘Emzy’ - who was in fact an adult decoy.
Jagger, of Neuk Crescent in Houston, asked Emzy about previous boyfriends, the size of her breasts, and asked and instructed her on masturbation.
The creepy 79-year-old was on bail awaiting sentencing for an analogous matter when he sent the sinister messages between December 31, 2024 and January 3, last year.
And when cops raided his home, they found a number of devices alongside a shotgun capable of “holding a magazine of ammunition as opposed to individual shells.” Following the search Jagger was interviewed at Greenock Police Office.
He admitted sending the messages to 'Emzy' and admitted being the owner of the shotgun and that he inherited it over 40 years ago.
He stated it has not been used in 40 years and he has no ammunition for it.
Jagger’s defence agent told the court as a result of his offending “relationships have broken down with his family.” She added: “There is a very serious underlying issue here in relation to his attitude and sexual preferences.” Sheriff Amel Elfallah slammed Jagger stating: “You appear before me on two serious offences committed while you were on bail.
You were on bail awaiting to be dealt with on another matter, awaiting sentence on an analogous matter.
The criminal justice social work report states you still don’t take any responsibility and you are undeterred.
I do not consider there is any alternative to custody, there is a risk and the only way to mitigate that is a period of imprisonment.” Jagger was today jailed for 14 months and placed on the sex offender’s register for 10 years.
In addition, he was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years which prevents him from having any unsupervised contact with under 16s and from deleting his internet search history.
