DONCASTER MAN DAVID HUGHES SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES

A man from Doncaster has been sentenced to a decade behind bars after being convicted of multiple sexual offences involving minors. David Hughes, aged 64, was found guilty of six separate charges that included indecent assault, gross indecency, sexual assault, and permitting a child to observe a sexual act.

The court proceedings revealed that Hughes committed these offences against children, actions that have now led to his imprisonment. Despite the conviction on these six counts, Hughes was acquitted of six additional charges for which he was previously accused.
