NARCISSISTIC BRISTOL MAN JAILED FOR STALKING AND INDECENT ACTS
The drug-addled knickers snatcher stalked a health care support worker and penned her graphic notes outlining his depraved sexual desires.The woman noticed Norcott lurking by a bin store when she was on her work lunch break.
She then received a sexually explicit note, which she first thought was a joke, in which Norcott left his telephone number.
A colleague left a message on his voicemail, but days later the complainant received another graphic note in which the pervert detailed sexual acts he would like to perform on her.
Police were called in and Norcott was arrested.
Norcott was jailed for 20 months after Bristol Crown Court hear he went to Netham Park, removed all of his clothes and took with him a plastic sheet, a porn magazine, petroleum jelly, a butt plug, rubber rings and tissues.
An office worker watched in horror as he performed a solo sexual act for more than an hour.
The court heard Norcott, 38, of Moorend Spout in Nailsea, pleaded guilty to two breaches of an ASBO (Anti-Social Behavour Order), harassment and possessing cannabis in March.
He was also in breach of a previously suspended jail term for burglary.
The recorder Ms Hannah Wilcocks jailed him for 20 months.
She told Norcott: 'The complainant was shocked, disgusted and felt degraded.'
