2003: MAN IS JAILED FOR SEX ATTACK ON GIRLS AGED 6
A 40-year-old electrician from Kidderminster has received a one-year prison sentence at Worcester Crown Court after admitting to acts of gross indecency involving two six-year-old girls.Darrell Grey, who lives on Sutton Road, was also ordered to undergo a 10-year registration as a sex offender.
The offenses occurred while Grey was visiting Evesham, and he was detained after the young girls disclosed the incidents to their parents, as explained by his defense lawyer, Tim Sapwell.
Another defense representative, Nicholas Smith, commented that Grey recognizes his actions as unacceptable, acknowledges that he made a significant error in judgment, and feels ashamed of his moral lapse.
