SHOCKING CHILD ABUSE SCANDAL INVOLVING DANIEL LYNCH IN TAPLOW

In January 2008, Daniel Lynch, a 27-year-old nursery owner from Taplow, was sentenced to life imprisonment for a horrific series of sexual offences against young children, some as young as two years old. Lynch operated two children’s nurseries—one caring for infants from three months to two years, and another for children aged two to five.

Over a three-year period, Lynch carried out disturbing sex attacks on multiple young victims. He also recorded graphic images of his abuse using hidden spy cameras installed in his home, with some recordings classified as the most serious category.

In November of the previous year, Lynch pleaded guilty to 39 counts of sexual offences, including sexual assault of a child under 13, assault on a child under 13 by penetration, and the possession and creation of indecent photographs and pseudo-photographs of minors.

At Aylesbury Crown Court yesterday, Judge Christopher Tyrer sentenced Lynch to an indeterminate life sentence, stating: "The damage you have done to any of these children is incalculable, and your dangerousness to the public is inevitable." The court’s ruling means Lynch will serve a minimum of three years before being eligible for parole.

Lynch has been placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register and is prohibited from contacting children or being near anyone under 16 unless a parent or guardian is present. Additionally, he is barred from downloading any pornographic material from the internet.

Outside the court, a mother of one of the victims, who chose to remain anonymous, expressed her horror: "He preyed on loads of kids and groomed them. He is a very manipulative man. I could not bear to look at him in the dock; he is very sick and twisted."
