MERTON MAN DANIEL DUNN CHARGED WITH PRODUCING NEARLY 10,000 INDECENT CHILD IMAGES IN LONDON
In a disturbing case emerging from the London suburb of Merton, Daniel Dunn, a 42-year-old resident of Trinity Road, has admitted to the production of an alarming number of indecent images of children.The revelation came during a court hearing held at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on May 11, where Dunn pleaded guilty to possessing and creating a significant collection of illicit material.
According to court records, Dunn was found to have made a total of nearly 10,000 indecent images, a figure that underscores the severity of the offense.
The images were categorized into different levels of severity, with Dunn admitting to having created 1,609 images classified as Category B, and an even more disturbing 6,761 images classified as Category C.
Most notably, he also possessed over a thousand images classified as Category A, which is considered the most severe and explicit form of such material.
The court proceedings revealed the extent of Dunn’s actions, which have caused significant concern among law enforcement and child protection agencies.
Following his guilty plea, Dunn was remanded and is now committed to appear before Kingston Crown Court for sentencing.
