Daniel Birtwistle, 39 years old and residing on Lichfield Street in Tamworth, has been formally charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Georgina Ward, who was 24 years old.
Ms Ward's body was discovered at her residence in Dudley on November 24, 2020.
