However, despite these explicit restrictions, Kucharski was seen in the company of his partner in Fyvie, a development that alarmed authorities and prompted immediate action.
On the day of May 20, a vigilant member of the public noticed Kucharski and his partner walking together towards a certain location.
Recognizing the potential breach of his bail conditions, the concerned citizen promptly contacted the police.
When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, they observed the pair attempting to flee.
Kucharski, in an effort to evade arrest, took refuge in nearby gardens, attempting to hide from the officers.
The police managed to trace him to a garden close by, where he was eventually apprehended for violating his bail terms.
