DUNDEE PERVERT WHO SECRETLY PHOTOGRAPHED SCHOOLGIRLS’ BUMS ‘WAS NOT SEXUALLY MOTIVATED’

A SHERIFF has sparked fury after ruling a pervert who secretly photographed schoolgirls’ bums was not sexually motivated.

Law chief Lorna Drummond spared Craig Smith, 43, jail over his stash of 10,738 images and videos amassed over five years.

Smith, who works at an architect’s firm, claimed at the city’s sheriff court he was just a “candid” photography fan.

He also admitted making and downloading indecent images of kids in September 2018.

Cops found chat logs in which he asked girls their age plus email accounts with names like “daddy the pervert”.

Smith received 180 hours’ unpaid work and three years on the sex offenders register.
