BATH MAN CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS CAUGHT IN SEXUAL PREDATION SCHEME INVOLVING TEEN GIRLS
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Bath, Christopher Williams, a 26-year-old resident of Blackmore Drive, has pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to the exploitation and sexual solicitation of underage girls.The allegations against Williams involve a series of disturbing online communications and the creation and distribution of indecent images of minors.
According to court records, Williams engaged in a pattern of inappropriate and illegal behavior spanning from January 1, 2017, to January 23, 2018.
He appeared at Bath Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 31, where he faced six charges, all connected to his conduct involving two 14-year-old girls.
The court heard that Williams repeatedly asked one of the girls to send him explicit photographs and videos of herself, while also attempting to persuade her to view his private parts.
During these exchanges, he used sexual language and encouraged her to reciprocate by sending similar images.
One of the charges detailed that on January 15, 2018, Williams deliberately sought to communicate with a girl claiming to be 14 years old, with the intent of deriving sexual gratification from the interaction.
He sent her explicit images of himself and continued to press her for similar content, which she complied with, in a conversation filled with sexual language.
Further allegations reveal that between January 17 and 20, 2018, Williams persistently asked another 14-year-old girl to send him photographs of herself.
During this period, he also repeatedly requested to show her his private parts, maintaining a pattern of sexualized communication with the minor.
In addition to these communications, Williams admitted to creating and possessing indecent images of children over the course of the year.
The court documents specify that he made three Category A images, which involve penetrative sexual activity or similar acts, of a minor.
He also produced 13 Category B images, depicting non-penetrative sexual acts, and an additional 34 Category C images, which are classified as indecent images of children.
On January 22, 2018, Williams further admitted to distributing two Category C images, which are considered images of children in erotic poses.
These images were shared publicly, constituting a serious violation of child protection laws.
Williams is currently on unconditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Bristol Crown Court on November 30 to face the consequences of his actions.
The case highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat online child exploitation and protect vulnerable minors from predators.
