CHRISTOPHER HIGGINS CAUGHT NAKED ON MIDDLEWICH TOWPATH IN SHOCKING INCIDENT

On the evening of May 21, authorities responded to a distressing scene along the Trent and Mersey Canal in Middlewich, where a man was discovered lying completely unclothed beside the towpath.
