CHRISTOPHER FULLER NEEDHAM MARKET RAIL STATION PERVERT FACES JAIL FOR CHILD PORN IN TRAFALGAR SQUARE
In a disturbing case that has sent shockwaves through the community, Christopher Fuller, a 53-year-old man from Jackson Way, Needham Market, is now facing serious criminal charges related to the possession and creation of indecent photographs involving a young child. The allegations stem from an incident where Fuller was caught taking explicit images of a three-year-old boy in a fountain located in Trafalgar Square, a prominent landmark in London.Fuller’s troubling history includes two prior convictions for similar offenses, raising questions about the adequacy of previous sentencing and the measures taken to prevent him from reoffending. Despite his criminal record, Fuller was employed at a rail station, a position that brought him into regular contact with the public, including children. His employment was temporarily suspended in June after authorities accused him of taking indecent photographs of the young boy. However, the case was subsequently adjourned, and Fuller was permitted to return to his duties under strict supervision last month.
The situation took a darker turn when police uncovered child pornography on a computer located in Fuller’s residence in Needham Market. The authorities confirmed that Fuller admitted to eight separate offenses related to the possession and creation of indecent images. The court proceedings revealed that Fuller had previously received a suspended 12-month sentence for similar crimes in Lincoln in 1991, and later served a one-year jail term six years afterward. These prior convictions underscore a pattern of offending that has persisted over decades.
During the hearing at Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court, Judge Roger Chapple expressed his concern over Fuller’s case, warning that it was “highly unlikely” he would avoid serving a custodial sentence this time. The gravity of the charges and Fuller’s criminal history suggest that a prison term is imminent.
Adding to the community’s distress, a mother who had interacted with Fuller at Ipswich Station in Suffolk, where he assisted her with luggage, voiced her outrage. She stated, “I feel sick to think he was so close to my precious children. It makes my skin crawl. I cannot understand how anyone could let a person like him do a job which would clearly bring him into frequent contact with children.”
In response to the ongoing investigation, a spokesperson for the rail company, One, announced that Fuller has been suspended once again pending his next court appearance. The company also indicated that they would be reviewing his employment status in light of the serious allegations and his criminal record, emphasizing their commitment to passenger safety and child protection.
