LAUNCESTON MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO POSSESSING OVER 1,000 INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN

CHRISTOPHER BROWN, 56, of Broad Street, Launceston pleaded guilty to making more than 1,000 indecent images of children including the most serious Category A between 2004 and 2022.

He was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and was ordered to do rehabilitation activities and to register with the police.
