CHARLES MCGINLEY FROM LEVEN SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN THE 1980S AND 1990S

In a significant case that has brought to light long-standing allegations of child abuse, Charles McGinley, a 60-year-old resident of Leven, was formally convicted and sentenced for the sexual abuse of two young children during the 1980s and 1990s.
