CARLA FRENCH OF ST LEONARDS-ON-SEA BANNED FROM KEEPING ANIMAL FOR SEVEN YEARS FOLLOWING NEGLECT INCIDENT
Carla French, born on January 22, 1980, residing at Jameson Crescent, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, was convicted in 2019 for failing to take an injured dog to the veterinarian. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £300 in prosecution costs.As part of her conviction, magistrates imposed a seven-year ban on her from keeping any animal, citing her 'inability to care for animals' as the reason.
