BRYAN CLARK GUILTY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT IN KILBIRNIE

In a recent court ruling, Bryan Clark, a 54-year-old resident of Kilbirnie, has been convicted of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13. The incident took place at an address in Kilbirnie between August 1, 2016, and December 31, 2016, inclusive. During this period, Clark engaged in inappropriate and criminal behavior towards the young girl, which included handling her body and removing her underwear while she was asleep, actions that constitute serious sexual offenses.

Clark faced charges under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009. Despite maintaining his innocence and pleading not guilty to one of the charges, the court found him guilty after a trial held last week at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
