RUTHERGLEN MAN FACES CHARGE AFTER DOG ATTACK LEAVES HIM SEVERELY INJURED
Charges were brought against Forsyth under the Dangerous Dogs Act following an incident at his home in Rutherglen, where the animal attacked him, causing serious injuries.Forsyth admitted the allegations, which could lead to Bronson being euthanized.
Sheriff Alan Findlay has ordered an evaluation by an animal expert to determine if Bronson constitutes a risk to the community.
The sheriff will also consider whether Forsyth should be banned from owning animals.
Forsyth, now based in Cambuslang, remains on bail as the case continues.
