BOBBY GARANDE FROM THORNTON HEATH CAUGHT MASTURBATING ON THAMESLINK TRAIN AGAIN IN LONDON

In a disturbing series of incidents, Bobby Garande, a 29-year-old man from Thornton Heath, has once again found himself in court after being caught engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior on public transportation. The latest offense occurred on October 14, 2021, when Garande was seen masturbating on a Thameslink train, an act for which he pleaded guilty during his court appearance on Thursday, April 6.

Garande’s criminal history is extensive, with approximately 20 convictions, including ten for sexual offenses. His previous convictions include a serious incident on October 12, 2021, when he was caught masturbating in front of a woman on the same Thameslink train line. During that incident, he was observed peering through a gap in the train seats while fondling himself. The woman, alarmed by his behavior, managed to take a photograph of him. When the train stopped at Bromley South station, she followed him and alerted the authorities, leading to his arrest.

In the recent court proceedings at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, Garande admitted to outraging public decency on October 14, 2021. His actions on that day, which involved public indecency, resulted in a prison sentence of 26 weeks. This sentence is to be served in addition to the 27 months he is already serving at HMP Thameside for the earlier incident.

Garande’s criminal record also includes a previous offense where he exposed himself to a woman on a number 50 bus in Croydon, with two children sitting directly opposite him at the time. His repeated behavior has raised serious concerns about public safety and the effectiveness of his previous sentences.

Authorities continue to monitor Garande’s case as he serves his current sentence, but his history of sexual offenses and repeated misconduct on public transport highlight ongoing issues related to public decency and safety in the London area, particularly around Thornton Heath and Croydon.
