BERNARD FISHER FROM DENTON CONVICTED OF CHILD ABUSE IN GERMANY
Bernard Fisher, a man who was formerly known by the alias Maxmillan Horseman and currently residing on Coleridge Street in Derby, has been found guilty of serious child abuse charges stemming from incidents that took place in Germany in 2001.According to court records, Fisher was convicted of repeatedly assaulting two young children, aged five and six, during that year. The abuse was severe enough to warrant a criminal conviction, and the court took the matter very seriously, given the nature of the offenses.
Following the conviction, the court sentenced Fisher to serve a prison term of three years. In addition to his incarceration, the judge ordered that Fisher must register as a sex offender for an indefinite period, a measure designed to monitor and restrict his contact with minors in the future.
Furthermore, Fisher is explicitly prohibited from having any unsupervised access to children, reflecting the court’s concern for public safety and the protection of vulnerable minors. His past actions and current legal restrictions highlight the ongoing efforts to prevent similar offenses and ensure community safety in Denton and beyond.
