ASHLEY CLARE FROM HEADINGTON CAUGHT WITH INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN IN OXFORD

In a case that has shocked the local community of Headington, Oxford, 19-year-old Ashley Clare has been found guilty of possessing and taking indecent images of children. The incident dates back to January 13, when Clare was caught in Oxford, and involved the illegal collection of explicit photographs of minors.

Clare, who resides on Colemans Hill in Headington, admitted to two counts of taking indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child. These charges relate to images he captured on that specific date in Oxford, raising serious concerns about his involvement in the exploitation of minors.

Furthermore, Clare also confessed to possessing indecent images of a child, which he stored between December 25 and December 30 of the previous year, again in Oxford. This indicates a pattern of behavior that has prompted authorities to take swift action against him.

In response to his admissions, the court imposed a community order on Clare. This order includes a 12-month supervision requirement, meaning he will be monitored and required to comply with certain conditions over the course of a year. Additionally, Clare was ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £60, a financial penalty intended to support victims of such crimes.
