Law enforcement authorities have made public a photograph of Arturas Abramovas, a 35-year-old man who is currently wanted in connection with a serious domestic violence incident that took place in Newark. The disturbing event unfolded on July 23 of the previous year at an address within Newark, where Abramovas allegedly assaulted a woman despite the existence of a restraining order against him.

According to reports, during the assault, Abramovas engaged in a brutal attack that included spitting in the woman's face, grabbing her hair forcefully, and delivering punches. The victim attempted to seek help by calling the police, but Abramovas responded with further violence by slapping her, forcibly snatching her phone, and smashing its screen, rendering her unable to contact authorities immediately.

The assault left the woman with visible bruises on her face and hair pulled from her scalp, indicating the severity of the attack. Following the incident, Abramovas fled the scene, leaving the woman injured and distressed. Her friends, concerned for her safety and well-being, encouraged her to report the assault to the police, which she eventually did.

This report led to Abramovas's arrest, and he was subsequently charged with multiple offenses, including assault causing actual bodily harm, criminal damage, harassment, and violating a restraining order.
