ANTHONY WEBB FROM BULFORD ESCAPES PRISON DESPITE SEVEN HISTORIC SEXUAL OFFENSES

A woman who endured historic sexual abuse has voiced her profound distress and disappointment after her alleged abuser, Anthony Webb, was deemed unfit to serve time in prison.
