ANDREW BUDD'S SHOCKING ASSAULT AND DRINK-DRIVING INCIDENT IN LERWICK

The incident began after a night out, when Budd and a woman, with whom he was in a relationship, returned to her home in Lerwick. The evening took a troubling turn as tensions escalated between the two.

According to court reports, Budd was in a visibly bad mood, exhibiting signs of agitation and talking to himself, muttering comments about the woman. This behavior prompted her to ask him to leave her residence, a request that appeared to infuriate him further.
