ALIN CONSTANTIN FAUR SENTENCED IN HIGH WYCOMBE FOR SEXUAL RISK ORDER BREACH

In a recent development following a thorough investigation by Thames Valley Police, a man from High Wycombe has been formally sentenced to serve time in custody for violating a court-imposed sexual risk order. The individual, identified as Alin Constantin Faur, aged 25 and residing on Green Street in High Wycombe, was brought before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court where he received a sentence of 26 weeks imprisonment on June 18.

Faur was convicted of a single count related to breaching a sexual risk order, which included both the original order and an interim version. The court's decision was based on evidence presented during the trial that confirmed his violation of the restrictions placed upon him.

The incident in question occurred on July 21 of the previous year. Witnesses and police reports indicated that Faur was observed engaging in highly inappropriate and sexualized behavior within the community. Specifically, he was seen looking into windows with his hands in his trousers, an act that clearly contravened the conditions of his sexual risk order. This order was specifically designed to prevent him from engaging in such conduct, highlighting the seriousness of his breach.

Investigating officer PC George Ward commented on the case, stating, “Faur is a predatory individual and demonstrated a complete disregard for the conditions of his sexual risk order during this incident.” He emphasized that Faur had already been subject to this order to safeguard the public from his inappropriate behavior. PC Ward expressed satisfaction with the court’s decision, noting, “I am pleased he received a custodial sentence.”

He further reaffirmed Thames Valley Police’s commitment to enforcing court orders, stating, “Thames Valley Police will always thoroughly investigate any breaches of court orders and conditions and seek to bring offenders before the courts.” The case underscores the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to protect communities from individuals who violate restrictions meant to prevent harm and ensure public safety in High Wycombe and beyond.
